Business Development Supervisor
AccruePartners is a $15B market leader in the services industry with a nationwide footprint. They are seeking a Business Development Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of Outbound Sales Representatives, driving performance and growth while managing customer relationships and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outbound Sales Representatives to drive performance and growth
Elevate sales capabilities through consistent training, real-time coaching, and performance management
Own results for Active Customer Growth, Used Sales, and year-over-year revenue expansion across your team’s assigned book of business
Qualification
Required
5+ years of call center leadership experience with a track record of coaching reps to exceed KPIs
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
A leadership style rooted in accountability, motivation, and building high-performing teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or a combination of education and relevant experience)
