Lead all people initiatives to ensure a great employee experience with Sensirion Inc
Shape and deliver people strategies that align with business priorities and our core values
Ensure compliance with all regulations per federal and state employment laws in the U.S
Manage people operations, including compensation and benefits topics for U.S. teams
Qualification
Required
7 years' experience as a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager in a professional services environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation and benefits practices in the U.S
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in human resources or related field of study
Preferred
Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
