Key Account Manager – North America (Houston)
Tecnofil is a company that transforms copper into high-performance solutions for the electrical, energy, and robotics industries. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and grow their strategic customer portfolio, driving sustainable sales growth and profitability across the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the commercial strategy, sales budget, and pricing for key North American accounts
Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fabricators across strategic segments
Lead negotiations, quotations, contracts, and new product introductions
Coordinate closely with Houston and Lima operations to ensure reliable execution, quality, and delivery
Drive business development in Electrification, Power Distribution, Data Centers, EV, and Grid Infrastructure
Build senior-level customer relationships and act as the primary commercial point of contact
Develop forecasts and align commercial commitments with production and supply chain capacity
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience managing key industrial B2B accounts in manufacturing, metals, or electrical components
Proven track record working with large OEMs or strategic customers in North America
Strong commercial, negotiation, and pricing skills with cross-border exposure
ERP experience (SAP)
English fluent (required)
Preferred
Spanish advanced (preferred)
