Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and a regional team of technicians and managers

Own all vendor bidding, contracting and performance management for maintenance programs

Manage annual maintenance budgets, expense submissions and break/replace capital requests

Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment-level documentation and MOPs meet company standards and risk criteria

Drive lifecycle risk analysis and replacement recommendations for critical plant

Champion safety, incident response and cross-functional collaboration with operations and customers

Implement national vendor strategies to reduce cost and improve consistency

Train and develop field staff on generators, UPS, chillers, BMS, fire protection and related systems
