Proven experience creating:
Developer onboarding documentation
User and system guides for cross-functional teams
Strong ability to understand complex technical systems and explain them clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of experience in Technical Writing, preferably in a product-based or SaaS environment
Proven experience creating Developer onboarding documentation
Proven experience creating User and system guides for cross-functional teams
Strong ability to understand complex technical systems and explain them clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Documentation platforms: Confluence, Notion, Similar knowledge-base tools
Markup & web technologies: Markdown, HTML / CSS (plus)
Preferred
Educational background or certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience documenting enterprise-grade software or internal tooling
Exposure to API documentation
Exposure to System architecture diagrams
Exposure to Developer-focused technical content
Authoring tools (optional but useful): Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare
Basic understanding of Git / version control
