Ability to manage capital and expense budgets to meet plant objectives
Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLC's, remote IO, HMI's, and associated Rockwell software
Troubleshooting and programming PLC's
Experience with industrial ethernet communication and machine network layout
Knowledge of equipment safety, including hardware design, component selection, and arc flash requirements per NFPA 70E
Strong communication and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholder relationships
Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians
Ability to design, develop, and oversee electrical control systems
