Responsibilities
Lead and execute cleanroom refurbishments, build-outs, and equipment installations
Support utility tie-ins and facility upgrades within manufacturing areas
Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors during on-site project execution
Ensure project activities comply with GMP, ISO, and safety requirements
Track schedules, costs, and deliverables for assigned capital projects
Qualification
Required
CAPEX / Capital Project experience
Hands-on experience managing facilities or equipment capital projects
Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments
Background in GMP / ISO-regulated pharmaceutical
Experience coordinating contractors and vendors on-site
Ability to manage multiple capital projects simultaneously ($200K–$500K range)
