Legal and Compliance Associate
Atlas Search is a financial firm based in Greenwich, CT, seeking a Legal and Compliance Associate for a hybrid role. The position involves managing legal documentation, compliance tracking, and providing administrative support to the legal team.
Responsibilities
Maintain databases, oversee document management, and prepare reports
Manage a high-volume calendar, provide phone coverage, and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems
Process bills and invoices, manage approvals for the legal team, prepare and submit departmental expense reports
Track, monitor, and update attorney bar admissions and compliance requirements
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
Assist with the planning and execution of team events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Administrative experience in Compliance or Legal space
A completed Bachelor's Degree
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Preferred
Plus if coming from Financial Services Industry
