Fidelity Bank is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join their Fidelity Technology Group. The role involves supporting a cross-functional squad in modernizing and building innovative, cloud-native experiences while promoting agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities

Support one cross-functional squad, engaging with all team members and the Squad Leader to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work

Evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture

Mentor and coach the teams and individuals across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies

Influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy

Rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories/requirements

Assist the Product Owner with requirement gathering and story writing

Participate in a wider Scrum of Scrums to help influence standard methodologies at a tribe level

Required

Deep experience in software development, with at least 4 years leading scrum teams focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives

Professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions

Deep knowledge of scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desirable

Excellent systems analysis skills

Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems

Experience with REST APIs and tools that support like Postman etc

Good understanding of overall systems designs & architecture

Must have excellent documentation skills

Knowledge with Structured Query Language (SQL)

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technology subject area

Ability to mentor and coach the teams and individuals across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies

Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes

Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
