Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial roofing estimations and project managing
Knowledge of contract relationships, and vendor relations
Ability to read blueprints
Computer proficiency - Excel is key
Legible handwriting and writing skills
Familiar with AIA Documents and Billing Documents
