Responsibilities

Processing payroll and ensuring on time and accurate payroll payments to US, and Puerto Rico

Ensuring all payroll processes comply with all regulations

Approving and balancing all payroll cycles

Managing the payroll processing work to the Eaton and Vendor payroll processing calendar

Ensuring correct gross to net payroll calculations for our US and Puerto Rico employees

Trouble shooting payroll issues and errors and working across teams to ensure root cause is corrected

Improving key operational performance metrics to achieve defined targets. This includes analysis, and implementing action plans within the team to drive improvements

Working across organizational boundaries and functional teams to resolve issues and concerns while ensuring adherence to federal, state and local laws

Required

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution required

Minimum of 3 years working in payroll, and/or time and labor

Minimum of 3 years working across multiple state jurisdictions in payroll and/or time and labor

No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
