Performing maintenance and repair tasks

Providing excellent customer service
Delivering responsive field service to ensure the optimal functionality of AV systems in client environments
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Maintenance and Repair of AV systems and related equipment
Skilled in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues effectively
Experience in Field Service, with the ability to manage onsite AV-related tasks efficiently
Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and clear communication
Detail-oriented with effective time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
Hands-on experience with AV technologies and systems is a significant advantage
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
technical certification or relevant training
