Human Resources Business Partner
ICU Medical is a global market leader in IV therapy and critical care products. They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support organizational effectiveness, talent selection, and employee development while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.

Responsibilities
Advise management on employee related matters; working with employees and managers to address root causes of employee relations issues and resolve employee relations issues through a systematic and compliant approach
Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts to include workforce planning and providing strategic insight and analysis
Implement corporate policies as needed and act as change champion
Build strong relationships with management and employees through a highly consultative, collaborative, and active problem-solving approach
Drive recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers, including effective and compliant candidate selection and interviewing
Provide guidance on employee development to support organizational objectives
Focus on strategic partnership and consultative skills with leaders; collaborate with HR team for execution
Work on special assignments as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Prior Human Resources experience required
Minimum 5 years of HR experience required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Analytical approach to projects and problem solving; strong project management skills
Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities; complete deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple and/or competing priorities
Strong internal and external customer service focus with a genuine desire to assist others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related training programs to managers/colleagues
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, especially regarding effectively managing and documenting employee relations issues and investigations
Preferred
Master's degree preferred but not required
Prior Human Resources experience supporting remote and field-based teams preferred
