Responsibilities

Provide onsite deskside support for end users (hardware, software, and peripherals)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and accessories
Perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching (Windows/macOS)
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office apps
Assist with user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access issues)
Handle hardware refreshes, device replacements, and new user onboarding/offboarding
Support network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Provide hands-on support for conference rooms and basic AV equipment
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation
Maintain accurate ticket updates and follow ITIL-based incident management processes
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with users

Required

Proven experience in Deskside / Desktop / Onsite IT Support
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic macOS support is a plus
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user account support
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (Dell, HP, Lenovo devices)
Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
