Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency, accountability, and alignment with company goals
Lead, develop, and support department managers and operational teams to maintain high performance and strong communication
Ensure field, coordination, mitigation, reconstruction, and administrative workflows operate smoothly and consistently
Implement, refine, and enforce operational processes, policies, and procedures
Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, organizational growth, and operational initiatives
Drive performance metrics, operational reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
Support training, development, and performance management for staff in operational and leadership roles
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry best practices
Facilitate cross-department communication to promote unity, transparency, and efficiency
Represent operations in leadership meetings and provide data-driven recommendations
Carry out additional duties as assigned by executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in operations or senior management
Strong understanding of operational workflows and performance metrics
Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience in construction, restoration, or related industries
Experience managing multi-department operations
Advanced leadership training or certifications
