Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues
Assist with basic repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve facility issues
Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and supplies are properly stored
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding completed tasks and outstanding issues
