Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain marketing schedules, campaigns, and ongoing projects
Manage and update website content and related digital assets
Design and develop advertising materials and marketing collateral for multiple in-house brands
Create and publish blogs, social media content, and email marketing campaigns
Coordinate the production of print and digital collateral, including advertising and editorial content
Organize and manage product and project photography
Liaise with and manage multiple external vendors, consultants, and creative partners
Support both digital and traditional marketing communications initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a marketing coordination or marketing communications role
Strong graphic design skills with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality visual content
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Experience working across both digital and traditional marketing channels
Proficiency with tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma, Canva, Klaviyo
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience within luxury, design, manufacturing, hospitality, or high-end residential industries is highly desirable
