Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Java, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and stability
Build and enhance interactive user interfaces with React.js
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries using MongoDB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality
Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into development workflows
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Java Developer (minimum X years)
Strong proficiency with React.js and front-end development best practices
Hands-on experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
