Russell Tobin is seeking an Account Executive who will help drive the growth of our Lateral Attorney Recruiting Division. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and partnering with law firms to establish Russell Tobin as the preferred recruiting partner.

Responsibilities

Where possible, be out in front of current and prospective clients

Build out Sales strategy targeting local, regional and national law firm clients

Establish relationships with key stakeholders such as Attorney Recruiting Directors, Managers and Coordinators

Focus on achieving performance goals around job requirements filled, timeliness, quality, compliance and customer service

Work closely with recruiting team to ensure execution on new opportunities

Identify additional business opportunities within existing clients and new target clients to sell other services within our suite of recruiting solutions

Past track record of success in Business Development and Account Management within the Staffing Industry, preferably within the retail markets or legal markets
