Responsibilities
Analyze marketplace performance through assortment analysis, acquisition efficiency, inventory forecasting, and competitor tracking
Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, including revenue, AOV, CVR, spend, and inventory coverage
Deliver actionable recommendations to business stakeholders by identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
Develop and maintain advanced tools such as:
Inventory and replenishment systems for marketplaces
Campaign performance dashboards and promotion optimization tools
Market intelligence trackers (competitor monitoring, share of voice, keyword rankings)
Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisition, finance, logistics, CRM, and technology teams to share insights and align on performance
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or marketplaces
Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery), Google Analytics, and BI tools (Google Data Studio, Looker)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex datasets into clear, strategic business recommendations
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
Willingness to work on-site at our Tribeca office (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)
Preferred
Experience with Amazon FBA, Target+, or Macy's.com preferred
Python or R knowledge for advanced analysis is a plus
