Responsibilities
Migrate Oracle Forms and Reports to modern Oracle APEX applications
Design, develop, and enhance Oracle APEX applications (APEX 22.x or later)
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL and PL/SQL code
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and BI Publisher
Integrate APEX applications with Oracle databases and existing legacy systems
Consume and expose REST APIs (JSON/XML)
Implement application security , performance tuning, and basic CI/CD practices
Support testing, UAT, production deployments, and issue resolution
Create technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Oracle development experience (APEX + PL/SQL)
Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX (22.x or later)
Strong SQL and PL/SQL development and tuning skills
Experience migrating or supporting Oracle Forms/Reports
Working knowledge of Oracle Database 12c / 19c
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD workflows
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Power BI dashboard development
BI Publisher reporting
Experience in public-sector or large enterprise environments
Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools
