This role involves leading a comprehensive OCM strategy for Finance & Accounting system transformations and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and sustained change.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned to Finance & Accounting system transformations
Conduct impact and readiness assessments across affected teams and workflows
Develop and deliver communication plans, executive-ready presentations, and stakeholder updates
Partner with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to support adoption
Oversee and support training strategy and delivery
Identify and mitigate change resistance and adoption risks
Define and track OCM metrics and post-implementation adoption success
Provide post-go-live support to ensure sustained change adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, ideally in regulated or utility environments
Proven success leading OCM for Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Risk-related initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Polished presentation and communication abilities (this role presents often)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva
Preferred
Prosci, ACMP, or other change management certification
Familiarity with Texas Electric Market (ERCOT, PUCT)
Experience supporting Finance & Accounting organizations during system or workflow changes
