Dining Facilities Manager
Tallahassee State College (TSC) is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for the position of Dining Facilities Manager with the Florida Public Safety Institute (FPSI). The role involves planning and directing the food service operation, including menu planning, staff scheduling, and overseeing daily food preparation and service.

Responsibilities
Perform supervisory work planning and directing the food service operation of a specific unit of the College
Direct responsibility for menu planning
Staff scheduling
Purchasing, storing, preparing, and serving food on a daily basis
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or its equivalent
Eight (8) years of industry and culinary management experience including profit and loss accountability; or progressive, responsible food service experience can substitute for the required degree; or a combination of education and/or experience
Three (3) years of supervisory experience required which can run concurrent with other required experience
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Institution Management, Food and Nutrition, or culinary degree from an institution accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges is preferred and may substitute for two (2) to four (4) years of the required degree
