Responsibilities
Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and routing environments
Resolve escalated network and infrastructure issues from internal teams
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network hardware and software
Support customer server and identity environments, including Active Directory and Entra ID
Design solutions based on customer requirements and industry best practices
Support and troubleshoot cloud connectivity and infrastructure, including Azure networking and identity services
Evaluate and provide input on new technologies and architectural improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with enterprise or SMB networking platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, SonicWall, or similar technologies
Solid understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, DNS, and DHCP
Experience supporting virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
Ability to support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, EDR solutions, and enterprise backup platforms
Preferred
Relevant networking, cloud, or security certifications are strongly preferred
