Responsibilities
Review capital contribution and distribution calculations, management fees, cash reconciliations and expense schedules
Prepare the quarterly incentive allocation models based on the agreement terms in place
Prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements and any supplemental reports and metrics required
Assist with support materials for audits and work closely with auditors during audit season
Distribute investor notices and work through notices in the investor portal
Handle incoming LP requests, investor inquiries and and any additional needs from Client Managers
Support new fund closings and onboarding activities
Manage and support junior fund accountants - providing coaching as needed
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in public accounting, or fund administration
Strong understanding of PE fund structures and operations
Bachelors degree required
Preferred
CPA a plus
