Responsibilities

Partner with members from around the world to support, implement and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for social media content and campaigns
Conduct research and analysis to identify audience demographics, interests, and behaviors
Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Assist in content scheduling on multiple social media platforms
Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor strategies
Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives as needed
Develop the ability to operate with minimal supervision over the course of the internship

Required

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
A minimum 3.0 GPA
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
Strong passion for social media marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Reddit
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail

Preferred

Basic knowledge of social advertising platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus
