Amtex Systems Inc is seeking an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant specializing in Inventory. The role involves implementing and supporting inventory management solutions within SCM systems, ensuring accurate tracking and integration with various processes.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Inventory Management modules in SCM applications

Define inventory organizations, sub-inventories, locators, and stock parameters

Configure inventory transactions such as receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments

Support inventory valuation methods and integration with costing modules

Manage cycle counting, physical inventory, and reconciliation processes

Integrate Inventory with Purchasing, BOM, WIP, Order Management, and Costing

Support serial and lot control, shelf life, and material status management

Assist in month-end and year-end inventory close and GL reconciliation

Prepare functional documents (BRD, FDD), test cases, and user training materials

Support data migration, UAT, and post-go-live support

Troubleshoot inventory transaction and quantity/value discrepancies

Required

Strong functional knowledge of SCM Inventory Management

Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle SCM Cloud / Oracle EBS / SAP

Understanding of inventory accounting and control processes

Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Manufacturing flows

Experience with inventory interfaces and transaction processing

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business users
