Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement secure end-user security technologies
Ensure compliance with security standards and policies, including PCI
Monitor security posture, respond to incidents, and manage day-to-day security tasks
Research and recommend security improvements for evolving business needs
Mentor and guide junior team members
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of real-world experience in corporate security (not just certifications)
Strong expertise in PCI Compliance
Experience with Arctic Wolf, Active Directory, and Office 365
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST/CIS)
Ability to anticipate security needs and recommend proactive solutions
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Next-gen firewall administration and configuration
Packet analysis experience
Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Networking fundamentals (VLAN, WAN, LAN, VPN, Firewalls)
Exposure to AI-related security considerations is a plus
