Responsibilities
Operate and monitor assembly line processes to ensure consistent production flow
Use glove box equipment to perform precision component cleaning and media-blasting
Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipment to ensure peak performance
Track equipment status and maintenance logs using basic computer systems to ensure data accuracy
Manage general facility tasks including vacuuming, waste disposal, and recycling programs
Maintain a pristine workspace while strictly adhering to all established safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing, assembly, or technical environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated experience working directly with manufacturing equipment and processes
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
A proven track record of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
Exceptional organizational skills and manual dexterity for high-precision tasks
Preferred
Technical certification in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or a related field
Familiarity with media-blasting or operating glove box equipment
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts or advanced assembly line operations
