Responsibilities

Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, including meeting schedules, materials, and follow-ups

Gather and validate data across Sales, Production Control, and Supply Chain teams

Analyze demand and capacity trends to support production and inventory planning

Prepare reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and identify improvement areas

Maintain ERP systems and Excel-based planning tools to ensure accurate data integrity

Support implementation of process enhancements and S&OP tool upgrades

Serve as the communication bridge between demand and supply functions to ensure alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, demand planning, or production planning

Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred

Knowledge of S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and inventory management

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
