Business Development Executive / Sales Manager (360° Sales – US/UK Market)
Crewlogix Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Professional to manage the complete 360° sales cycle for the US and UK markets. The role involves lead generation, prospecting, sales meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals while building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients in the US and UK markets
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, referrals, and cold calling
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Sales & Client Acquisition (360° Ownership)
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations with prospects
Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions
Account Management & Growth
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the engagement
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Track KPIs, revenue forecasts, and sales targets
Share weekly and monthly sales reports with leadership
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Stay updated on US/UK market trends, competitors, and pricing
Suggest improvements to sales strategy, pitch decks, and outreach campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3–6+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT services, SaaS, or software industry preferred)
Proven experience handling US and/or UK clients
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
Ability to work independently with revenue ownership
Preferred
Experience selling IT services / software development / digital solutions
Existing client network in US or UK markets
Experience with Upwork / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
