Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will drive business growth in the U.S. market for IT staffing services, focusing on acquiring new clients and building long-term partnerships with startups and enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy for the U.S. market focused on IT staffing services
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, HR, Procurement)
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
Collaborate closely with others teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine value propositions
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM systems
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities in the U.S. (when required)
Qualification
Required
4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in IT staffing/IT services
Strong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing market, hiring models, and client buying behavior
Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment
Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed
