Responsibilities
Own and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and more
Serve as a subject matter expert who can join client-facing calls as needed — educating, reporting, and influencing outcomes
Craft strategic goals and translate them into impactful campaigns and creative experiments
Identify opportunities to drive better results and proactively pitch new ideas
Translate data into compelling performance stories that help clients see your value
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure unified strategies
Keep a close eye on budgets, pacing, and performance—but stay focused on the big wins
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years in digital marketing or paid media campaign management
Hands-on experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Bing, etc.)
Preferred
Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications are a plus
Familiarity with Fluency or other ad automation platforms a bonus
Automotive experience is helpful but not required
