Responsibilities
Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options
Use software to produce inspirational designs that will bring customer projects to life
Coordinate multiple projects & support customers virtually and face to face
Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery
Work closely with colleagues & installers to ensure the best service on every project
Convert designs into sales and meet targets
Work as part of a team and solve problems effectively
Be flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
Qualification
Required
Great at using technology
Brilliant communication and relationship building skills
Motivated by targets
Confident in converting designs into sales
Works well as part of a team
Good problem-solver
Keen eye for design
