Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and prospective clients
Conduct client intake interviews and gather accurate facts and documents
Open and organize new cases in the firm's case management system
Prepare and maintain electronic case files and firm documents
Coordinate handoff to attorneys/paralegals and track records and missing intake items
Qualification
Required
1+ year experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfort and professionalism with frequent phone interactions
Basic to intermediate computer skills and willingness to learn software
Critical thinking skills with a positive, client-focused attitude
