Responsibilities
Lead data mapping efforts between legacy systems and the ERP platform to ensure consistency across operations
Manage data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and system configurations
Partner with stakeholders across multiple locations to gather and analyze ERP requirements
Translate business needs into actionable user stories, system specifications, and prioritized backlogs
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinate implementation timelines and deliverables across geographically dispersed teams
Support ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
Qualification
Required
Experience serving as both a Business Analyst and Scrum Master on ERP or enterprise technology initiatives
Strong background in data mapping, data migration, and process documentation
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment across multiple sites or facilities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience supporting ERP implementations in complex or multi-site environments
Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or operational workflows
Agile or Scrum certifications
