Inside Sales Account Manager
Anagram International is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager responsible for managing and growing relationships with an established distributor network within the celebration industry. The role focuses on executing sales plans, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal departments to drive product placement and sales growth.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with distributors via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Execute sales plans and promotional programs to drive product placement and sales growth
Develop and present merchandising ideas and programs to distributors
Prepare accurate forecasts and data-driven business plans in partnership with distributor teams
Analyze sales trends and account performance to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with all accounts
Partner with the Distributors to develop an annual forecast by SKU and lead the Distributor team as part of the monthly Anagram SIOP process
Qualification
Required
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively in virtual settings
Strong execution and attention to detail
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and other Microsoft Office applications
