Designing + packing orders with handwritten notes, quirky touches —turning shipments into smiles
Unpacking, documenting, and wrangling inventory (glamorous? No. Essential? Absolutely.)
Helping source parts/accessories for students in our repair academy
Dabbling in art projects think: stickers for boxes, maybe a tee-shirt or two
Love the scramble of packing for a trade show or 3 a year (might require a few more hours)
Qualification
Required
Have an eye for design (even basic skills—we'll level you up)
Geek out on details (mismatched tape? Incorrect counts? Not on your watch.)
Thrive in calm chaos (small team = you'll wear many hats, some covered in packing peanuts)
Believe in the fight to keep music careers alive
