Part Time Accounting/Receptionist
Responsibilities
Billing/Invoicing
Knowledge of GL Codes helpful
Bank Reconciliation
Answering phones - transferring calls
Email & Microsoft Office
Inputting checks, payments & invoices
Balancing multiple HOA Boards - budgets, delinquencies, payments & payment plans, etc
Qualification
Required
Must have at least basic accounting experience and knowledge

Reliability is a must - you should be able to take a joke and enjoy a relaxed and fun environment while remaining focused and organized
You should be willing to go full time as we grow - our hope is this person will start part time and roll into full time over the next 2-4 years
Preferred
Degree preferred in accounting or a related field but not a deal breaker
Being familiar with property management and HOA communities is a bonus
