Responsibilities
Manage configuration management processes across enterprise applications and shared services
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Agile development and release cycles
Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms
Maintain version control, baselines, and deployment artifacts across multiple environments
Support change management, release coordination, and configuration audits
Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and quality controls
Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and standardized deployment patterns
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure reliable releases
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures
Qualification
Required
IRS MBI Clearance is required for this role
U.S. Citizenship is contractually required for this role
Experience supporting enterprise configuration management in regulated or large-scale environments
Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Experience with Git-based version control and release management
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and compliance-driven delivery
Experience supporting shared platforms or common services
Preferred
Experience supporting federal or highly regulated systems
Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery environments
Knowledge of container security and platform governance
