Qualification
Required
Experience in Sales Compensation projects
Strong experience with ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL for own queries
Exposure to data analytics
Experience working with Power BI
Experience with SSIS
Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake)
Ability to drive solutioning
Ability to work with ETL team
Ability to assess requirements with Product Owners
Strong liaison skills between Product Owners and technical teams
Preferred
Local candidates strongly preferred for onsite workshops and discussions
