They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Lead daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination, manpower planning, and site logistics

Enforce all safety policies and OSHA regulations, maintaining a strong safety culture on site

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues efficiently

Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify and mitigate risks

Conduct regular site meetings and provide clear communication to all project team members

Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all phases of construction

Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities

Required

8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

Proven experience across a diverse range of commercial projects (e.g., office, healthcare, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, or higher education)

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and sequencing

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
