The Regional Director of Sales leads and supports sales teams to drive occupancy through strategic initiatives and relationship-building, while also providing coaching and mentorship to optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities
Coach and mentor sales and operations teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Analyze sales metrics, referral sources, and conversion rates to guide strategy
Deliver field training on sales processes, lead management, touring protocols, and business development
Oversee pre-marketing for new or acquired communities
Monitor budgets and resource allocation to maximize revenue opportunities
Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and effective marketing materials
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and motivating sales professionals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in senior living sales/operations
3-5 years of senior living sales, marketing, or operations experience
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and mobile platforms
Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license
