Community Association Manager
Allied Property Group is a growing, full-service condominium and homeowner association management firm. They are currently seeking experienced Community Association Managers (CAM) to manage condominiums and homeowner associations while delivering exceptional service, organization, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the association’s Board of Directors and vendors
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned communities
Attend and lead board meetings and annual meetings
Enforce governing documents, policies, and procedures professionally and consistently
Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, and capital improvements
Prepare management reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
Assist with budgeting, financial review, and reserve planning in coordination with accounting
Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and association governing documents
Respond to homeowner and board inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Qualification
Required
Active Florida CAM license required
Strong knowledge of Florida statutes related to community associations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities effectively
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred
Previous condominium or HOA management experience strongly preferred
