Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and support about the product throughout the sales cycle, including post-sales implementation
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present customized solutions to customers
Demonstrate the capabilities and values of Genedata Profiler through presentations and product demos
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success
Advise and collaborate with the sales, marketing, product and scientific teams to expand the market and shape the product roadmap
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI in healthcare, cloud-based digital solutions, data products, and big data analytics

Required

MSc or PhD in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent on-the-job experience
Over 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales or data science within the software, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries
Proven experience in data engineering, and analysis, particularly with pharmaceutical R&D data (experience with data products, data models is a plus)
Competent in programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with setting up and maintaining ETL workflows, dashboard development, and big data analytics platforms
Familiar with AI and advanced analytics for biopharma applications
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including data scientists, IT professionals, and biologists
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly persistent and self-motivated, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in a cross-functional environment
Capable of working independently while also being an effective team player
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
Requires about 20% travel within the US and requires occasional travel to Europe
