Responsibilities
Lead backend development for scalable, high-performance systems
Design and build internal and partner-facing APIs, agent orchestration tools, and reliability frameworks
Collaborate closely with research, product, and frontend teams to turn prototypes into polished features
Ensure observability, performance, and reliability across distributed systems
Deliver fast, reliable solutions informed by real user feedback
Qualification
Required
5+ years building and operating production backend systems in fast-paced, product-driven teams
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, and reliability
Fluent in Python and TypeScript/Node.js; experience writing testable, scalable, maintainable code
Experience with Postgres/MySQL, Redis/Kafka, cloud infrastructure, Docker/K8s, and CI/CD pipelines
Proven ability to move fast, iterate, and deliver high-quality production systems
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, embeddings, and LLM tool integrations a plus
