Responsibilities
Managing CIAM and Error Free Communication project Requirements gathering and analysis
Coordinate with development team and business team to complete the deliverables
Work as a part of a team to implement business and technical requirements related to the project in a timely manner
Read, understand, and apply the Quality Assurance Standards and Guidelines
Requirement/product validation through test case development and traceability
Product verification via environment and data set-up and test execution
Capture and record test results and metrics
Defect tracking and management
Should be able to implement best practices
Document and details provided on requirements gathering and project analysis along with QA testing on both projects
Assisting in implementing business and technical requirements in a timely manner and managing timelines and expectations between business and IT
Resource will be remote full time working closely with Client team
Will be available to be onsite if required with prior notice and proper clearance from Client
Resource will perform day to day and project related duties that are determined by the client within the role
Qualification
Required
Experience managing several concurrent projects
Experience in working as a BA/QA on multiple projects
Experience in working in Agile environment
Experience with Testing across multiple projects
Ability to analyze Testing best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
