Responsibilities
Build and execute a clear Twitter strategy aligned with product and ecosystem growth
Create threads, memes, and thought leadership in a CT-native tone
Simplify complex DeFi concepts into engaging, viral, and educational content
Engage with founders, traders, builders, and KOLs to amplify reach
Track performance, test formats, and iterate for growth
Align narratives with product, BD, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience growing a crypto or DeFi brand's presence on X (Twitter)
Deep understanding of CT culture, narratives, and meme dynamics
Exceptional writing — sharp, funny, and credible to CT audiences
Solid grasp of DeFi and onchain narratives
Fast, curious, and independent — you know what lands on CT
Preferred
Active CT account (personal or anon)
Experience at a Web3 or DeFi protocol
Familiarity with analytics tools or managing creative contributors
Prior experience in Web3, DeFi, or related ecosystems
