Responsibilities

Working with our tax department employees to ensure timelines are met for our daily, quarterly, and annual filings

Communicate with our applicant support team to ensure all required tax information is obtained from our clients, including account numbers and rates, for an accurate and timely setup

Manage functions for all service tickets, correction tickets, and lost client tickets using SalesForce

Maintain consistent communication with our clients via phone or email

Research employee setup when a new tax code is generated and gather the necessary application instructions and forms

Maintain and reconcile quarterly 941 filings as well as the data in our payroll and tax software systems
