Responsibilities

Provide design and technical leadership across multiple commercial and corporate interior projects

Oversee projects through all phases, including concept design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration

Guide and mentor project teams, fostering quality, consistency, and professional development

Drive design direction while ensuring projects meet technical, budgetary, and scheduling requirements

Lead consultant coordination and interface confidently with clients and external stakeholders

Maintain a high standard of Revit-based documentation and uphold internal modelling and drawing standards

Review drawing sets and details for quality, accuracy, and constructability

Apply strong architectural judgment related to detailing, materials, interior systems, and code compliance

Support studio leadership through project oversight, team coordination, and strategic problem-solving
